    Harbin City Intermediate People’s Court had finished judging the case that complaint SunJunyi litigated defendants Dalian City Mike Electromechanical Metals Station, Cheng ×lin and Harbin City Shijie Building Materials Store . Because they produced and sold“Xinquan Brand” Exhaust Valve that infringed complaint’s Patent ZL200320112523.2.

    The court inquiry and hear the case, judgments as follows:

    1. Defendants Dalian City Mike Electromechanical Metals Station and Cheng ×lin  compensated complaint SunYijun’s loss with 4 00,000 yuan within 10 days after the judgment because of  patent infringement.

    2. Defendant Han×jieHarbin ran City Shijie Building Materials Store compensated complaint’s loss with 30,000 yuan within 10 days after the judgment because he produced and sold“Xinquan Brand” Exhaust Valve that infringed complaint’s Patent.

The case involved that Defendants Dalian City Mike Electromechanical Metals Station and Cheng ×lin was complaint’s dealer at Changchun City Zhongquan Industrial CO., Ltd (Changchun Kuancheng Boiler Exhaust Valve Factory) in the past. Complaint agreed them to sell complaint company’s patents “Zhongquan Brand” Exhaust Valve by authorizing in 2005. “Xinquan Brand” Exhaust Valve Manufacture Factory was Dalian  City  Science and Technology Development Center (The center owner transacted business license by providing false identity  Proof for registering). LiMingwei, Vice general manager of the center, was false name, and true name is Li×xin. He was sales manager who ever worked at Changchun City Zhongquan Industrial Co., Ltd (Changchun Kuancheng Boiler Exhaust Valve Factory).Cheng×lin and Li×xin, they united to produce and sell valves that infringed complaint’s patents maliciously. Li×xin went against professional ethics, banned working, infringed complaint company’s business secrets and had unfair competition. He brought about economic loss and reputation loss of Changchun Changchun City Zhongquan Industrial Co., Ltd immensely.

    In order to strike malicious infringement that infringed complaint’s patents and unfair competitive effectively,  complaint took an appeal to the court. Complaint gave a serious setback that produced and sold complaint’s patents infringement maliciously and unfair competition by law. He looked into criminal with civil matters responsibility according to law.

    In order to strike people that produced , sold and infringed monopolists’s arrogance effectively, our company declared solemnly: If someone discovers selling “Xinquan Brand”Exhaust Valve and infringes “Zhongquan Brand” Exhaust Valve patents’ behavior, please report to us.
